Marketing Executive (Property Development)

Job Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote property developments and drive customer enquiries.
• Create engaging content for social media, digital platforms and marketing materials.
• Coordinate property launches, roadshows, promotional events and marketing activities.
• Manage social media content calendars and ensure consistent brand communication.
• Work closely with the Sales team to understand customer needs and support lead generation.
• Coordinate with designers, agencies, printers and other vendors on marketing deliverables.
• Prepare marketing materials, presentations, brochures and promotional content.
• Monitor campaign performance, customer engagement and marketing effectiveness.
• Conduct market research on property trends, competitor activities and customer preferences.
• Explore fresh marketing ideas and digital tools to improve brand visibility and campaign results.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing or content creation.
• Fresh graduates with strong creativity and a relevant portfolio are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in property development or real estate marketing is an advantage.
• Familiar with social media platforms, digital marketing and content creation.
• Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or video editing tools is an advantage.
• Good communication, writing and coordination skills.
• Creative, proactive and comfortable managing multiple projects.
• Willing to learn, explore new ideas and take ownership of marketing deliverables.
