Site Supervisor

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities to ensure works are executed according to schedule, drawings, and specifications.
• Monitor subcontractors and workers on-site to ensure productivity, workmanship quality, and compliance to work procedures.
• Ensure site works comply with safety requirements and maintain a clean, safe, and organised site environment.
• Conduct daily site inspection and report progress, issues, and site conditions to Project Engineer / Project Manager.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal team for site execution, inspections, and rectification works.
• Verify materials delivered to site are correct and in good condition before use.
• Prepare and submit daily site reports including manpower tracking, work progress, and any site incidents.
• Assist in checking and verifying completed works before submission for inspection, handover, or claims.
• Ensure tools, equipment, and site resources are properly maintained and used correctly.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM / Certificate in Construction / Civil Engineering or relevant working experience.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in construction site supervision (housing / building projects preferred).
• Able to read and interpret construction drawings and understand basic construction methods.
• Strong coordination skills with contractors, consultants, and internal team.
• Familiar with basic site documentation (daily report, inspection checklist, progress tracking).
• Knowledge of site safety practices is a must.
• Responsible, firm, and able to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
• Willing to work on-site.
